Whether elder clients need to protect themselves while maintaining their autonomy using customized estate plans, children seek to protect their parents from financial abuse, or families need to resolve their inheritance disputes practically, I help remedy these diverse and personal issues with vigilance, respect, and compassion. Inheritances are finite resources. Everyone benefits when less money is spent fighting, so I aim to initially resolve matters outside of court. However, if and when court redress becomes necessary, I assertively take clients through the entire litigation process from pleading through trial through appeal. I currently work from home. I will happily meet all new & potential clients via video conference or by phone.
