I recommend Hoglund Law. They represented me and won. Every case is different and they will place you on hold after you answer their questoins and let you know if you have a case or not. Everything was done by phone call and by mail. No question is too stupid. If you have an issues you can all them on anything and they will help you. They stay on it and you should too as they will call you, They give you instructions that are simple to follow by mail and send with it an postage paid envelope so you can fill it out and mail it to the necessary person and then you have your appt with the Social Security Doctor etc….I had been battling health issues for over 20 years and finally I gave up the battle and called them. I am glad I did. You will be too.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueThey totally dropped the ball in my case and they failed to send in paper work on time causing my husband to start all over again. They don’t return phone calls they response is very poor the left hand don’t know what the right is doing . They don’t return phone calls they response is very poor the left hand don’t know what the right is doing . I began by applying for SSDI alone and was promptly turned down. I contacted Hoglund Law Offices and they sent an attorney to my home and began my appeal. This is a very long process because of the back logs in the court system, so you must be patient. I was again turned down and they appealed and a court date was set. This process took about 2 years, again because of the court system. After my hearing I received a negative decision from the judge and I thought it was all over and I didn’t know what I was going to do. The attorneys at Hoglund called me and said this was not the end of the road for me and they immediately refiled my claim. (Many law offices will drop you as a client once you are denied after your hearing). Hoglund stood by me and we began the long process over. I was denied 2 more times and again was sent before a judge for my second hearing. I met with my attorney, Adam, prior to the hearing and he assured me everything looked to be in order and he was expecting a positive outcome (I was scared to death).. I went before the judge and this time within 30 minutes the kind judge told me he was ruling in my favor. Hoglund stuck by me for 5+ years which I feel saved my life and will certainly allow me to get the medical attention I need.

After that it was nit a good experience i never once heard from or spoke to my attorney Mrozik, and after minths if hearing nothing my case ended up with a different contact paralegal and at hearing it was someone i never even heard of, i was told it went well, i wasn’t sure as i thought it just was very short and almost a generic formality. I was tikd i wiukd receive a call to discuss the decision but inwas denied and got a letter saying you were denied and we no longer represent you and that was it. Now I’m on my own again and have little time to appeal and don’t really know how to proceed from here and they just left me hugh and dry and my overall experience was it was just very unprofessional and just flat out rude and just a bad experience altogether. I definitely will not recommend them to anyone and already have and will be telling people to go somewhere else.
