Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueI purchased a 94 KTM off of a friend in June and he took the engine to Holeshot Cycles in Hazelton and I waited eight months to get my engine back expecting a full rebuild and when I got there after the owner put me off and kept delaying when it was supposed to be finished, with no answer to whats taking so long. Then he only did some bottom and work with my old parts reused and the other half are now lost or stolen. Like my STATOR COVER IS NOW MISSING REEDS AND BOOT MISSING THE CYLINDER FOR THE KTM THAT I BROUGHT Then he gives me the wrong cylinder a year 2000 and the wrong power valve cover. He hacked apart my exhaust flange trying to mount it on the 2000 power valve cover. “Bolts are not the same”.When he was explaining how he can build it if he cuts my bottom end [cases “(1994)” KTM ] to fit the “(2000)”KTM cylinder he bought for my engine. He then says I’m going to cut your bottom end to accommodate this new jug I was speechless. I never heard of that before? It’s absurd! I just said just give me my motor back and I’ll build it myself. How can I trust he had any idea how to rebuild a bottom end after a statement like that, no real mechanic would ever suggest such a stupid idea!!! I also asked for a new chain that I paid $60 for to later find out when I got home that it was USED and USELESS in a brand new box and I never was told it was used nor asked for a used one. The Chain cost $60 brand new!!!After footing the full bill of $700 with no discount for this hack job of a “rebuild” he tells me he’s going to mail me my receipt because he can’t print one out at his store and tells me he forgot it at his house. All in all I’ll will do everything I can to make sure nobody goes here and let everyone in the area know what kind of work they really do.I purchased a 94 KTM off of a friend in June and he took the engine to Holeshot Cycles in Hazelton and I waited eight months to get my engine back expecting a full rebuild and when I got there after the owner put me off and kept delaying …More

I have been having my dirt bikes worked on here ever since my dad purchased his YZ250 from this shop back in 2004. Always received good service and at a reasonable cost. I have tried other shops closer to home, but turns out the 45 minute drive it well worth it!

Took my 2007 honda rr1000 for some work and when I when back to get it, drove home and found my fairings broken in 4 different parts, when back there and they just said it didn’t happened there, that was so irresponsible..
