Melanie B. Holliman and John R. Holliman have decades of combined legal experience in Elder Law and Estate Planning with a special focus on asset protection, trusts, Medicaid, VA pension, and VA disability benefits. Melanie and John represent clients throughout Alabama through their Scottsboro and Birmingham and Chattanooga offices. They regularly meet with clients throughout the North Central and Northeast portions of Alabama. Both John and Melanie are VA-accredited attorneys. Melanie is also licensed in Tennessee and works with clients that wish to use Tennessee’s favorable trust laws.
