We work to improve public and private policies relating to rental housing by involving affected tenants in the process. Gigi Gimenez /Tenant Advocate I have so much to say First she listened which is important then guided me in the right direction each and every time i called or emailed i never felt judged after i explained my situation she told me everything will be alright which it was I’m sure i bugged her a lot after i explained to her why i was reaching out so much was to make sure i had all my ducks lined up correctly, she insured me know you are not that is why i am here for if anybody out there just for some guidance call the Homeline they are the (Truth) I’m sure if Gigi is helpful I’m pretty sure the entire staff is to. Try them out and don’t be shy with your concerns that is the only way you will get the (HELP) you need.

Told me it would be a conflict of interest for them to help and didn’t expand further. Didn’t answer a single question, left it at that. Took forever for a response too. Not true to their promise of aid with “renter’s rights”.
