National Fuel contacted us about giving them an easement, they want to park equipment on our property when they replace a gas pipe that goes through our property. My wife suggested calling Ryan before we sign the easement. Ryan made a number of very good suggestions before we signed. One of the suggestions was having an end date on the contract. This made a lot of sense, so National Fuel couldn’t keep using our property indefinitely. We changed a number of things Ryan suggested on the contract before we signed. We have worked with Ryan before and again now. He is extremely professional, and genuinely addresses our issues. We highly recommend him to our family and friends.
