I did not have a pleasant encounter with Mr. Horn. Nothing seemed to be getting done unless I harassed him or more commonly an court appearance was the next day. He also dragged out the case for months just to settle on the first offer that the defense team had given. I also agree with the anger comment from another review as well as to add an intimidation factor he does. Overall I felt he did a job that I could of done myself but with the particular situation was required to have legal representation as such. I still can’t get in touch with him til this day to discuss finances and my property without him trying to double charge me. I am just unsatisfied.

Critical: ResponsivenessI found Mr. Horn to be rude in his handling of conversations between myself and him. He will cut you off in mid sentence and talk over you and then get angry with you about it. Not only that, but he missed a scheduled court appearance and on 2 occasions told me of a court hearing that was scheduled a day before the hearing. I had no idea of the hearing in advance. Mr. Horn would hardly ever return phone calls from me and the communication between us was horrible. Mr. Horn gave me incorrect information regarding a plea deal with the state’s attorney’s office and when I was upset over a it he said I could fire him after going through the legal process for several months.
