My experience with Horst Law Firm was nothing less than excellent. I had never needed a lawyer in this capacity before so the whole process was new to me and naturally I had so many questions, but Rob’s responses were always very thoughtful and thorough. My case was delayed by the other party several times so to me it seemed like a complicated case, but Rob seemed to embrace the challenge. Rob and Aaron were able to sort out every roadblock that came up in this case successfully and I don’t think most attorneys would have the experience, ability, or fight to do so. I was involved in an auto accident and hired a different law firm to represent me. They gave me the run around, never answered my calls and after a little over 3 yrs with no results I decided to look around for a new attorney. I’m so thankful I met Attorney Robert Horst. From the minute I hired him, his staff made me feel so comfortable. They worked so hard on my case and were able to get FULL policity limits in a little less than a month. He was kind enough to wave some of his balance so we could pay the other law firm (in my opinion he was being too nice, because they didn’t deserve it). My medical bills were all reduced drastically and I finally got a good settlement check. I wish I would’ve hired him from the beginning but I’m glad I did at the end. I highly recommend him!! Attorney Horst, Yessenia, Maria, and everyone in his staff are absolutely AMAZING!!!!
