I give a 4, I’m very pleased with the services I receive yearly. Tim ( orleans mass ) is the one who files my taxes every year. I love Tim he is so helpful! This year he was unfortunately out of the building at the time of my apt. I forget the woman’s name who filed for me, but I feel Tim could have helped more if that’s even possible. The amount received for having a child had app gone down? Meaning it’s no longer $1000 which was my knowledge. Not too happy about that. Other than that I’m pleased they were done quickly.
