These folks are the absolute best! I had some big challenges to sort through to help my parents file their taxes in part because because they are dual citizens–Canada and the US. I called other tax preparers around the state that indicated that they handled US and Canada taxes but no one returned my phone calls until I contacted Marcia and her staff. I think the service was good as it always has been, but in my opinion the cost is way to expensive for a vary basic tax return. Last year i paid around 200$ and this year it was 340$ and is to expensive for a basic return.
