I’ve seen Chuck 2 times before and he was always great. This time around I saw Johnathon and he was very helpful. He went above and beyond to help me get copies of paperwork I forgot to bring, to answer all my questions, to help me break down a plan to pay my debt, fix my w-4s. He was incredibly patient and helpful. All the staff here are so accomodating and helpful.

2 years in a row my taxes were filed incorrectly 2 years in a row i got audited due to h and r blocks incorrectly preparing my taxes. They charge hundreds of dollars to prepare taxes just for them to be done wrong and then they charge for peace of mind which is supposed to be help if any issues arise . They dnt return phone calls dnt do anything to help resolve tax issues and provide absolutely terrible customer service. Would not reccomend h and r block to anyone .
