Critical: Professionalism
My taxes did not get e-filed at my visit. I had to look on the H&R block website and the IRS website to figure it out. I called the office yesterday and today. Only to be told that they were not sent out and just got sent out today; nine days after my appointment. My tax preparer was rude and extremely condenceding about the situation.
