I had a virtual appointment with an agent there and it was no show. After calling them several times, I was able to get hold of her and Updated MyBlock app with all my documents fkr tax filing. Ever since, complete radio silence. I left several messages and Emails. Not a single response. Not sure if I should wait for move along. Worst.Customer.Service.Ever

Linda was amazing!!! This location at Upland Square was absolutely wonderful!!! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We got there a few minutes before our appt time and were greeted warmly by the receptionist. We only sat for a moment becfore Linda was ready for us. Linda was great!! She was awesome!! She took the time to explain to my 90 yr old grandmother what she was doing, and made my grandmother feel heard when she spoke. Alot of times when we are out people tend to disregard her. But Linda did a wonderful job and we scheduled for my grandmother’s taxes to be done with her next year lord willing. Thank you Upland Square HR Block for a painfree tax prep experience.

Jane, the lady doing my taxes is very friendly and patient. I dropped mine and my husband’s paperwork to the office about 2 weeks ago. Jane called to aske me some questions. When I mentioned my husband, she said she couldn’t find any of his paperwork. I dropped off his w-2 with my stack of paperwork to another lady in the office. Jane searched the office for it but couldn’t find it. Someone lost some of the paperwork I dropped off. Then I found out that the preparer who did my taxes last year at a different location, missed one of my deductions. I have been using HR Block since around 1999. I’ve never had any problems with them until now.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ResponsivenessI made an appointment and dropped off my taxes a day before my scheduled appointment since I was going to be out for once as I limit my outings to minimize exposure. Tax pro called me back 3 days after my ‘appointment’ passed (and my calling her first) only to advise that she needed more information. Completely understandable. I provided this over the phone. However, I advised I would check on my end and call back too. I called back the next day (she called me at 7pm so I needed the other company to open) and was unable to reach her so I left a message.Called back multiple times. Left messages directly on the tax pros voicemail with no response. Kept calling to ask for updates as I was never called directly. Spoke to TWO separate office managers that assured me it would be handled and my return would be completed. Nothing. They have literally had my taxes for over 3 weeks. It will be a full MONTH early next week.Still no proactive call from H&R Block. Finally called tonight and asked to speak to the office manager again because I’m at a loss. She is going to have my taxes done by someone different now. I literally gave them 3 forms. My W2, my mortgage information and a 1099r for my 401K distribution. This place is a joke. Don’t do it. Take a quick trip down 422 and go to the Collegeville location and save your sanity. Nancy there is a gem.I understand that Covid messed things up this year but c’mon. You can’t even call me back after over 3 full weeks? Such a waste of time.
