I called for a simple inquiry. The lady on the phone was so rude that I’m going to find another place to go do my taxes this year. You people charge so much money to do a service, at least act a little nice. This isn’t a charity case. And even if it were you could still be polite. I don’t recommend this location at all. I filed with the ones in Gaithersburg md last year and they were so pleasant but this location left a bad taste in my mouth without even going there in person.

The website ads all say starting at $70…I was told (after the person was done filing my taxes) because of the fact that I had stocks to declare it bring the total cost to $230 if I would have know this I would have NEVER agreed to file my taxes with H&R block…NEVER!
