Agent seemed to fumble through processing my return. I asked if they could have someone double check the return. I was advised the manager was not in until Friday but would call me back. That’s been 13 days ago. I was a 28 year customer. I processed my return this year myself. I would no longer recommend H&R Block. This was the Cleveland Hwy location.
