When you ask to get direct deposit for your return and they push their emerald card on you like it’s will benefit your needs and they are the ones who benefit from it. I was never told I would be charged to money off my emerald card and $35.00 at that!!!! So you’re gonna charge me over $300 for your fee to do my taxes then take more of my tax money that I worked hard for? How nice is that? It’s the one-eyed fat man hard at work with the push of a button and ripping honest people off.

Fees too high and too many of them. Also the fact that because I asked for an advance from my taxes I’m told I can’t receive the rest of my refund to my personal checking. So again left with more fees to access my money from a prepaid debit card.
