AMAZING STAFF!!!!!!!!! Heather Powell was so sweet and caring and very informative and VERY patient. It seemed as if she really genuinely cared about how much I get back on my refund. Awesome !!!! I have always done my own taxes but this year one of my W-2 forms was really messed up and my returns kept getting denied from the IRS. Had to get help figuring out what was wrong. Ashley Kalins of the Elizabethtown Ky. office found the problem as being a W-2 filled out wrong from my employer and corrected the problem for me. I don’t know if I will use you again next year or try doing my own .
