Price, paid $300+ for a very simple return that I could have filed online, like I have the last 8 years, for less than $70. That being said, everyone was friendly and professional, wait time minimal. If my taxes were more complicated it might have been worth it. I personally will not be back.

I would never give 5 stars after our experience due to the fees to where me and my wife has to pay is quite over a thousand dollars IN FEES. we will not be back for our next years appt and will let others know.. Jackson hewett only charged me and my wife under 200 in taxes and they dont hide nothing like this place, hope this company learns. And hope no one else gets scammed like me and my wife and our son did

For one they gave my appt to a walk in so I had to be a drop off, they said they would give me a call the next day with my appt and they didn’t I had to look at my email which thank god I did because they had rescheduled me and didn’t tell me so when I went in for my quick review because they were supposed to start my taxes since I dropped off all my documents the day before they had no idea what was going on, no one had started my stuff I waited for 30-40 mins to even be seen, then I was told it would cost 50 dollars and I ended up having to pay 270 dollars to get my taxes done. The lady was extremely rude, didn’t explain anything and made me feel completely stupid when I didn’t know some things. Never will I go there again.
