No one will answer the phone. Been waiting months on my taxes and no answers as to why. It finally comes and they sent it to the wrong account account now have to wait longer. Will not use H&R block again. Especially for the price. Wish I could get my money back but don’t see that happening

Another lady came and spoke with me and she was very friendly too! Hammond was the fantastic man who helped me with my taxes. He was just AMAZING! He let me ask any question I wanted and when I repeated questions he still answered them with respect!! I felt very relaxed with everyone’s kindness. To be honest, I was worried since I was Hispanic I was gonna be treated awkwardly but NO! Everyone treated me with so much respect. I would definitely come back. Recommend!!!They were all amazing! Is there a reason why nobody answers the phone but yet h&r block is open and you see someone at a desk literally right by a phone? What if that was the only option to talk to someone but phone?
