We used to love H&R Block but over the years of being loyal customers they finally broke the camel’s back after we learned we are getting very very little back from our income taxes. They smile as they rip you off. We went from getting thousands to getting a few hundreds and we still make the same amount of money.Stay clear of H&R.They will never admit it but I just learned that they screw people over just to make more money. Its a shame.

I paid almost $100 to file my taxes online. I did everything correctly, and the software checked the accuracy to verify, but both the federal and state refunds were rejected due to issues with both qualified business and child tax credits. I learned that these issues were not due to my mistakes but with your program. I was not refunded my $100. I sought advice from your store, thinking that I was entitled to getting this cleared up. However, I was shocked to learn that, AFTER having one of your stores assist me, it would cost me $300(!!!!!!) to refile my taxes. This is outrageous. I have been a faithful user of your software for years, but I will be exploring other options in the future.
