Would not recommend this branch. The employees here (two of them in my experience) do not know as much as they should know about taxes. I nearly had to pay a lot more in taxes than I should have due to the employees here not being able to understand what was a relatively simple and well-summarized tax statement of mine, but fortunately I went to another tax professional who figured out the correct amount of taxes that I should pay. I highly recommend staying away from this branch and going to another tax professional.

My experience was so easy so thorough and so professional. She asked probing questions and was able to spark so many things I might of forgotten. I usually do my taxes myself through turbotax and have never had any issues. I went to H&R Block this year only because I was in need of the refund loan for an emergency. I will never go back. $350 for tax prep and the refund loan is not guaranteed. In fact I’ve heard that very few people actually get approved for the refund loan. Still waiting to get my taxes back. I could have done my taxes for free myself. What a waste of $350. Turbotax or credit karma next year
