The receptionist Raven is unprofessional and hung up on me when I had asked to reschedule an appointment. Instead of fufilling my request, she tried to lecture me about the tax deadline that I am already aware of, I work for the government. She still proceeded to get an attitude and did not reschedule my appointment after I had asked 3 times. Once I finally got a manager on the phone, he was not any more helpful than his rude employee I was dealing with prior. If you decide to use this location for business, tread with caution. You would be better off using the app so you do not have to deal with people who are incapable of doing their job.

I’ve been going to Clarence for years. I know he’s going to retire soon because he’s been working there forever but really, you should use him while you can. I moved to Arizona and I still use Clarence for the past 6 years to file my tax returns. Excellent customer service beyond my expectations and an excellent tax return every year. Very professional, I couldn’t be happier (well I guess I could if he could get me more money back, lol! That ain’t his fault tho). Nicest HR Block around.
