H & R Block was totally not the service I expected. The lady whom did my taxes was disrespectful and abusive then when I went to return signed documents they were closed for 3 days so I left messages and didn’t get response until I complained at OKC office. I will not be returning!

The advance tax refund is a joke go somewhere else if you need advance. We have been going for years here and never been denied an advance this year we have been denied because they can’t guarantee the pay back? Is that not what the refund is for? Then HR Block told us after the fact that they have not approved anyone for the 3000. Would have been nice to know so we could have went somewhere else!
