I dropped off my taxes April 4th I do it like this every year going on ten years. My husband and I keep calling and they say the person doing our taxes will call us back. So today I made the person at the front desk find out what happened. He told us our taxes haven’t been started. He could only get me in on the 18th. So more than two weeks after I dropped them and tax deadline at that. So if you are questioning where to go don’t go here. I promise next year I won’t be!!!!!!!!

I have been on over a month quest to figure out my taxes. Booked an appt over a month ago. They were running very late so I couldn’t stay. I was offered to leave my documents to get it done not in person. Took another 2 weeks a d lots of phone calls to finally get them to actually book me a phone appt. The phone appt was also am hr late and obviously could not be completed on that day. More phone calls until it was finally done.

Very poor communication on both pricing and status of my filings. When I dropped off my information, I was told my very simple tax return would be ready in three days. I never received any follow up communication on anything. I had to initiate all calls. After pushing the issue, I finally picked up my return 12 days later. That wouldn’t have been an issue if they would have told me this in the beginning and kept me informed of the status of my return.

Critical: ValueTaxes for 2020. Cost 90.00 Taxes for 2021 Cost 249.00 I cannot see the reason for the steep increase in cost of fileing this year compared to last year. I really screwed up my taxes last year and you guys did a vey good job at straightening out my FU. I thank you for that. This year I let you file for me so I didn’t mess the taxes up. What that got me was, triple the bill from last year. The explaination I got rattled around in my old brain and came right back out without me understanding why I was charged so much. I’ve been to several H&R Blocks over the years. I found the staff here to be warm and friendly – the receptionist even printed off some sheets for my children to color, and offered us all coffee, or water. Ms. Delight, who we brought 2 year’s of returns to, not only went through the current year with a fine-toothed comb, making sure we understood everything she entered or calculated, but she also was able to complete the previous year’s return the same night, and made sure to go completely over that one with us as well. I would absolutely recommend this office, and will return again.
