Sept ’22 Update: more than six months have now passed since my tax appt. H&R Block in Pagosa never filed my taxes, never returned my paperwork to me, and never responded to any of my attempts to contact them about the delay. I finally had to start from scratch with one of their competitors. Avoid this business like the plague!
