Critical: ProfessionalismI was sitting and waiting for my appointment and the gentleman and representative were having a very inappropriate conversation. These kinds of discussions shouldn’t be allowed in a professional setting, and the fact that the representative was partaking in the transphobic conversation is disgusting.

Worst experience ever!!! I arrived to my appointment excited to do my taxes and ended up waiting 45 mins so that Pam (who doesn’t know how to type btw) could finish up a “walk in” customer. I had one w2 for a return of about $1000 whiich ended up costing $180… SURPRISE! all those signs that say free federal and it only cost $49.99 are expired yet they still have them hanging up everywhere! I felt trapped into paying for this crappy service! Then when I tried pleading my case to thier customer support team I was met with rude assistance who told me they couldn’t help me. I did get to talk to a supervisor who reasured me that she would help me, but today I got that help, someone called me to let me know that there was nothing she could do but I could talk to the store manager and possibly get some of my money back… WHAT A FLIPPING JOKE!
