The receptionists here are irritating and come across as condescending. The accountants are the only reason this place gets 3 stars. This is by far the most irritating experience I’ve ever had with an hr block and am regretting my decision to do my taxes here

I will continue with H&R block next year but will complete online. The person who did my return was a nice guy but I didn’t get the feeling his was confident in what he was doing. The only reason why I went in person instead of doing online is because of possible education credits and I didn’t know how to enter my stuff for uber and lyft. I had to also had to argue with him on how to enter my checking account number for my refund… he kept trying to enter the check number as a part my account number and he was hesitant because it didn’t match the example on that screen. He ended up giving me the keyboard and I had to enter my banking details for him. Again, nice guy but I was pretty frustrated by the time I left. I wish I would have left before my taxes were completed and finished online. the fee’s were too high I though for a simple tax return.
