Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI am a single mother and went to them because I thought my return would be complicated. Not only was I met with unprofessionalism, instead of telling me I could have easily filed myself and saved $300of my taxes they proceeded to waste 2 hours of my time. Make sure you attempt it yourself first and call an agency who knows what they’re doing and actually cares about people.
