I won’t be returning. The person doing the taxes got irritated whenever I asked questions, then gave terrible answers. She told me that making payments to the IRS was as easy as sending in the money and I didn’t need to set up a payment plan “If they see you’re paying you won’t be penalized.” I called the IRS, they did not agree. Additionally she was in a massive hurry and kept telling me how behind she was. She never once asked if I had any deductions or credits.

The Tax Preparer made me feel confident in my return. I found the price reasonable. Have done my taxes here for at least the last two years, in this year, our tax specialist messed up my state taxes..twice…I spent 4 hours on the phone with my state revenue department to find the issue and had to go through a different tax specialist to be helped. The second tax specialist was/is super helpful and I hope this process becomes easier and I will finally receive my state taxes.
