If it were possible to give less than one star I would. I engaged this firm and paid a retainer. Several months of not much activity later I get a call form the attorney representing me telling me he is leaving the firm because he was unhappy. They never did anything but hounded my wife and I, adding to the small bill untilo it was over $2000. This harrassment has gone on for years. I have filed a complaint with the Utah Office of Professional Responsibility but it takes almost a year to process! In the meantime harrassment continues – emails, texts and phone call while we are work, home or out with friends. DON’T USE THIS FIRM.

Sherri was my attorney for many years. She was wonderful to work with on the several divorce decree modifications my exhusband brought, but our real trouble started when he challenged me for custody of the children. Sherri struggled greatly navigating issues with custody. After spending tens of thousands of dollars over three years, I hired a new attorney who settled our case in four months at a fraction of the cost. While Sherri did great work on parts of our case, she seemed overly influenced by the opinions of others and it got to the point it felt like we were just catering to the other side. My new attorney took a much different stance, and as a result, things changed very rapidly. I worry that if I had stayed with Sherri, in the best case, I would have spent exponentially more money in the long run, and in the worst case, I would have lost custody of my children. Bottom line: if you have a basic divorce or modification, Sherri is probably fine. If it’s your children on the line, you deserve better representation.

Wow. I’ve never seen a business so blatantly show you they only care about taking your money. Be careful. They will give you an expectation of what you will be charged to get your business and then and blow right by it without even calling you. When you get the bill you’ll see what I mean. If they make this right, I’ll update this review, however be warned, these attorneys work for themselves NOT YOU.

In an ineffective effort to obtain physical custody of my 8 month old daughter from her grandparents and incarcerated mother with another attorney, I was referred to Diana Huntsman through a third party firm. I expected to be handed down to a junior associate, with high hopes of making headway. Diana handled my custody case personally, not only against one defendant, but two petitioners that entered in part way through the course of the case. She, as well as her associates and staff, are extremely thorough, thoughtful, and professional. They prepared for hearings in such a manner that every way the hearings could have turned out was thought through and braced for. I truly felt that I had an advocate by my side, supporting what I wanted. Throughout the process Diana was thoughtful enough to even call after hours and offer support. I see comments on this firm regarding price. Can you really put a price on your children, safety, love, and peace of mind? Looking every day at my now 4 year old daughter that is safe, loved, and most of all happy I know my answer. There is no better firm, and no better family law attorney than Diana Huntsman.

We have been happy with the work Michael Lofgran has done for us. We started our legal battle, 2014. We didn’t have to pay $25000.00 in IRS taxes. Mike took over all the stress. We also did not have to pay State back taxes. No levies and no garnishments. The staff is friendly, we get a return call, phone appointments etc.. Knows how to get things done!! Needless to say I can’t thank them enough with their customer service. I would be happy to recommend this office. Would also continue working with them with any issues.
