Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueHutchinson Cox deserves a negative 5 star review. We hired this firm and it was a complete waste of money. Paid a retainer for them to just look over documents to see if we wanted to proceed. We constantly had to have the same conversations with the attorney over and over which we were charged for each time we had to repeat ourselves to her or send them the same documents repeatedly. We were sent a remaining final bill of over $800 that exceeded the retainer. We told them we would pay the remaining $800 and did not want to continue using their services and then a month later after having no contact with them at all they sent us another bill for over $1,900. Their billing is completely inaccurate and when you try to discuss it with them the billing person is incredibly rude. MY REVIEW, DO NOT HIRE HUTCHINSON COX OR TRUST THEIR BILLING. They wanted me to pay $280.00 to answer my question of how long does this process take once the papers are signed. I was calling for information regarding the process. Apparently that cannot be answered without a consultation fee, I’m not sure if it was a misunderstanding but after questioning the fee we both decided that I should take business elsewhere.
