I called this firm about a consultation on a couple different matters, one was an HOA issue and the other was a matter of slander. They made an appointment with me for the following week (which was today). My appointment time came up and the same person that I made the appointment with calls me and explains that the attorney (Rick Tuha) looked over my questions and decided that he was, #1 too busy, #2 did not want to get into the slander issue and #3 doesn’t really deal with HOA issues.
