I went in without an appointment a little after 4 PM. The gentleman who helped me got it done quick but it didn’t feel rushed. He also both friendly and professional. We had a nice conversation while he was taking my fingerprints. The price was very reasonable compared to another service I’ve used. I would go here again for this type of service.

My husband had an appointment at the Livonia store for fingerprinting. When we arrived, we were first told we didn’t have an appointment (incorrect), then told “Oh well that person isn’t here today, you’ll have to come back.” We were not given ANY notice of this, and had had the appointment for 2 weeks. The rude rep at the desk couldn’t have cared less, she said “They should’ve emailed you” let her know it didn’t even ASK for an email on the online appointment guide. She would not help us locate another store with availability, and was generally not of any use.

Once you walk in the front doors there is no one sitting at the desk to tell you what you’re supposed to do. There is no number to take so that there is an organized system. After sitting for about 20 minutes, a man finally comes out after finishing with another customer… he stands there and says “if you’re here for fingerprinting come up here and give me your license and forms”. He takes all of our paperwork and IDs and then goes to his cubby. Meanwhile, I had an appointment scheduled at 11:05. He came out and haphazardly took everything at 11:05. Another woman has been here since 10:20 and she has been waiting for almost an hour while other people are getting called before her … there needs to be a better way for them to run things here.

Made an appointment to get my TSA precheck and still had to wait almost a half hour. Lady was nice enough but there was literally one employee working there. The employee was being nice and tried to fit walk-ins too but that pushes everyone back in line. Guess you have to wait in line here to not wait in line at the TSA. Process was pretty quick and painless once I was called back. Be sure to have an appt so you can be sure to get in line.

I had appointment yesterday at 12:30pm and then the person incharge for fingerprinting is not available who is “brandon” per coworker he is on vacation, two of us were waiting for him, we waited 1 hour for 1 hour then the lady mention that he is not coming. Very unprofessional, they did not even texted us or email any cancelled appointment. Never go here, you’r just wasting your time. i’ll prefer A1fingerprinting. If i can give 0/5 rating i will.

I made an appt. online and then when I arrived they had no record of the appt. This may or may not have been my fault. However, I was on-site, and NO ONE WAS WAITING and they wouldn’t do my fingerprinting. UNBELIEVABLE!! How do these places stay in business?

SHAUNA and KIM, Im indebted to their professional and superior helpfulness. These ladies helped me with a major problem with my new job. My BD was incorrect and was causing my employer to not start my employment. These ladies helped solve my problem and they did this with patience and kindness! Thank you again Kim and Shauna!

Went to Livonia office. The guy at the desk told me I had the wrong form. Was not helpful at all when I asked about what form was needed. I called my school and asked about it, they had no idea what he was talking about. So I went to Canton police department instead, a little more expensive since I’m not a canton resident but way faster and they accepted the form I had. I had made the apt for identogo online and they instantly charge your card as soon as you make the apt. I asked about getting a refund while at identogo. The guy told me I had to call a number. I called the number, and after navigating all the number prompts got a hold of a lady who told me I had to send an email for a refund! Sent the email and the refund is going to take 7 to 10 business days to process! What a pain. Don’t use this company!
