I really needed to get my fingerprinting done today. I arrived for my appointment and there were 3 more people that had appointments before me and were waiting in front of a locked door with nobody inside we all called and left several messages but no answer. There was nobody there to help us. That was very unprofessional. Why take appointments if you are close?
