Went in for a walk-in to get my TSA Pre-check completed. Staff was quick, polite, and knew what they were doing. I worked with Carley, who (even though she was clearly busy with several things happening) moved quickly but not in a rush. You can tell that she knows every step of the process and made me feel like my time and information were valuable. I didn’t know about this place previously, but it will likely become my go-to for this type of service in the future.

Appointment was at 5:20 ! They were very prompt! Was out by 5:27, I was very impressed! Awesome job ladies. Now hopefully everything comes back correct. Last Identogo I went to in the Monroeville Mall messed up and I had to go back and do it all over again and repay a second time.

Terrible experience. 2 visits and didn’t get what I needed. Left the 2nd day and called Pittsburgh Airport TSA in regards to documents needed. I went with a valid marriage license without the seal and was told they couldn’t do it. Got in the car called the courthouse and paid to have one sent. After speaking to TSA at the airport I did not need the marriage license with a seal. The one I took with me was valid for them to use. They are filing a complaint. I wasted 2 days going there. When you get married you don’t get a certified marriage license. You have to call to request it. Per Pittsburgh TSA either one is usable. Have an appt at another location. Suggest using somewhere else.
