The Spanish lady working at the Vineland location was very rude. I explained to her that paid online when she requested payment. Stating “you can’t pay online”. When I logged in to check the status of my fingerprints, sure enough two payments. Customer service is non existent. Either they pick up the phone and don’t say anything or don’t answer at all when I called for a refund. For anyone else experiencing this problem you can request a refund by email. Just goggle identgo refund and it will give you the email address for refunds, which states can take up to 30 days. You’ve been warned, maybe they need a competitor to prevent this from happening?

I made an appointment online. I was in and out of there in about ten minutes. The lady who did my fingerprints was very nice. Dont worry about getting your hands dirty because its all electronic. There was hand sanitizer available. Everything was clean. No complaints here!

Very fast and friendly! I was in and out of there within five minutes! The thought of being fingerprinted and having some stranger grabbing and touching your fingers made me nervous for my appointment, but thankfully it wasn’t weird or awkward at all. The woman who fingerprinted me was super nice and we were talking and laughing the whole time instead of most places where you just sit in awkward silence. They’re also super clean and professional. The know what they’re doing. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely terrible, would not recommend. Place was disgusting and run-down. They required information that was not mentioned on the website, which made it only shadier. They then turned me down even though I had a valid ID and method of payment. Like I said, would not recommend.

Great place to get your fingerprints done for all types of employment requests, but it will be necessary to make an appointment on the computer or by phone. The service is fast and reliable and the wait time isn’t long. I showed up 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment and within 5 minutes the representative called my name and started the fingerprinting process with me.
