There comes a day in many lives where you will be asked for fingerprints. As far as fingerprinting experiences goes, this is a top example of easy breezy no frills gets the job done fingerprinting. The fingerprinter was professional, cordial, and efficient. My partner and I were both in and out in about twenty minutes. Due to Covid-19 rules, only 3 people are allowed in the facility at the same time. I agree that the building is easy to miss from the street, there is only one small sign on the door. They share the building with a realtor office. Please see attached photos. The price is what the price is and if you need fingerprints you just gotta pay it. Fifty something dollars. I was only disappointed that I didn’t have ink all over my fingers. Thank you for reading. Have a nice day.

If I could rate my visit zero stars I absolutely would. This was my first time going to this IdentoGo because the one by me was too booked. I got stuck in traffic and ended up being a few minutes late. I wasn’t even fully in the door yet and some blonde woman who worked there screamed at me asking what time my appointment was. I told her 3:30 and she asked the two other people sitting in the waiting room what time their appointments were. They both said 4:00. She looked back at me and told me to wait outside and that she would be taking everyone else in the waiting room before me. There were open chairs in the waiting room so I was very annoyed that I was being treated this way as soon as I walked in. I saw another woman enter the building so I got back out of my car and went inside for the second time. She took that woman ahead of me too and then came over to me. She said that this is always how it works when people are late. I responded with I understand that but there was no need for you to be rude and disrespectful to me it’s extremely uncalled for and unprofessional. She said alrighty then and went back into the room. A few seconds later she screamed at me from in the room to come back to her. During my fingerprints she kept making rude remarks to me. This woman is absolutely horrifying and should not be allowed to deal with the public! She needs to be fired. I will never be going back to this IdentoGo ever and I advise anyone who is reading this not to as well!

Easiest thing ever. Have your ID, and debit card (form of payment) ready. “The blonde lady” as everyone calls her, will handle the rest. Would recommend to anyone in need of this service.

Ok, so I was in and out in 15 minutes, and I had arrived 5 minutes early and had to wait as there was one person in front of me. So had I shown up on the exact time, it would have been 10 minutes. The lady with blond hair was very direct and to the point, I had no issues with her, but I could see how some people might find her mean or if they asked questions could get a not so nice response. To be honest, I would probably be the same way, since the job is not stop repetitive and some people probably try and move their fingers themselves. FYI as of February 2021, they are open 5 days a week even though Google says they are closed and the sign on the entry says only open Thursdays. *by appointment only via their website*

Whoever the lady was that was working on 9/8 was unnecessarily unprofessional and rude. Terrible attitude, unhelpful and shouldn’t be allowed to work around or in the vicinity of the general public whatsoever. See you next Tuesday doesn’t even cover the level of this person’s charming personality.

I got my appointment time wrong and I said the wrong number so the lady stated all her 12 was done when I ment to say 2 and she was just all worked up she started saying I had an attitude and people must have thought she was a punching bag i just wanted to get out of there before she had a mental break down

Quick and efficient. The woman working was nice, polite and friendly. The appointment time was accurate and little to no wait (show up prior to your time so you don’t get passed over).

I arrived on time and walked in. I was nice and polite, however the blonde lady working there was very nasty!! She cut me off mid sentence and would not allow me to ask even the most basic questions. She also kept giving me dirty looks. There was no reason for her to act so rude to me. However, after reading some other reviews, I realize she acts this way to everyone. Someone got to fire this Karen ♀️
