My girlfriend went here for TSA Precheck. She has a physical disability which makes it extremely difficult for her to put her thumbs together and stretch them out for the fingerprinting process, but the older guy there still tried to force her himself by pulling her fingers and pushing them down, which extremely strained her to the point where she couldn’t hold back tears (she said he was so close to breaking her fingers!!). Even though he could see she had a cast on from a recent shoulder surgery, he still kept insisting she try to use that hand for fingerprints too. An absolutely awful experience, people with disabilities are not respected here.

The check in agent was so rude. The moment I walked in he sighed out loud and dreading his feet as if “sigh, now I have to do actual work” kind of sigh. While I was pulling out my documents he was just covering his eyes with his elbows on the table making it very uncomfortable as if I’m taking his time. Easy location off the 101 freeway, free parking, elevators for handicapped guests needs, polite staff, clean safe restrooms down the hall. They have you sign in, no cell phones in waiting area, which most ignored. Even if you’re early and have an appt, it seems they put walk in folks ahead of you; or they are just running way behind. That added ten to twenty minutes. Not as bad as the DMV. The atrium is lovely and has trees and a fountain. It adds a lovely, fresh atmosphere and clean energy to the building. Overall a most pleasant experience, if you overlook the Big Brother aspect of why you are there to begin with.

Really fast and efficient. No messing around. They were 5 minutes behind my scheduled appointment time but made up for it with a quick, effortless, finger printing.

I never leave comments but felt compelled to in this case because TSA precursor was So easy to find. I went in the morning and there was plenty of parking. The directions online bring you exactly where you need to go and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Really sweet people who assisted me and there’s a cute little cafe when you walk in on the left with food and coffee!
