I don’t like credit collectors any more than the next person but I do have to be honest about this one. I received a guy named Kevin (sorry again for not knowing your last name) but this guy was more than helpful, patient, and always professional with me.  If I missed a payment or was late then he was always there to work with me on whatever I could do with zero kind of pressure tactics.  He worked with me on my how much I could pay and when I could pay it. I’d like to say that as of today I’m currently paid off! And a majority of that is truly because of how hard Kevin has worked with me on it, so thank you. You definitely deserve a raise. Oh and tell them that gift card better have enough for a nice steak dinner, a couple drinks and still have a little extra left on it bc you deserve it after how hard working you are in such a rough industry and always a great attitude.  Thanks again. If anyone has to deal with Improved Data Services, ask for Kevin.

Also what kind of company CALLS YOU and then makes you press 1 to speak to a representative and then puts you on hold?!

HORRIBLE COMPANY TO WORK FOR !! They sit here make you tell the customers inaccurate information so they can get some type money from the debtor!!! They fired me within working a week and one day because I didn’t have experience when I told them I only have 6 months experience! I asked them to give me a valid reason they did not want to get into detail I extremely think I got racially profiled because I was the only Hispanic girl in there !!! Don’t be surprised if you get fired this company is unprofessional !!!! Not all money is good money !! So therefore if I can give this rating a -10 I would !!!!

Extemely horrible customer service. Received numerous calls from MRS. HARTMAN. When I inquired as to being on a recorded line, and who she worked for she screamed and talked over me repeatedly shouting “YOU DONT KNOW THE LAW, LOOK IT UP!” Although I asked several times what her concern or ties were with the original credit holder, this ‘lady’ – and I use that term loosely, gave me the run around. I still have no idea what part she played in the debt. She wasn’t the original holder, not the collecter, nor was she an attorney to my knowledge, although she continued to say she was attempting to ‘help’ me. It was impossible to understand what she was saying half the time, even though I kept trying to shut her up. I couldn’t get a word in edgewise. She finally said (after I insisted she stopped talking over me) that she ran my credit AGAIN and was going to make sure she recommended legal action from original debt holder. I don’t know what you have to do to work here, but apparently rude, holier than thou behavior is absolutely tolerated. This woman behaves like a child throwing a tantrum. I’ve taken the steps to stop receiving calls from them. I did recheck the laws ma’am. Maybe you should as well.
