Very grateful to have come across the innate Instagram ad. Since the beginning of my treatments I’ve thought they were extremely thorough and not only that encouraging and understanding. My doctor is Dr. Matt and he’s always very caring always takes his time and has been super supportive throughout the ups and downs. I’ve even had the chance to recommend a close friend based off my experience. Innate is very clean and quick in and out appointments. Another thing that is great when it comes to your schedule is how easy it is to reschedule with them even if it’s last minute.

I scheduled an appointment because I was having severe back pain. When I went inside I was giving a “so called” tour of the facility which was about a five-step walk. Then I was taken into a room to be evaluated. They tell you that they have high tech equipment hardly any other chiropractor has. Then they roll some device down your back to supposedly tell you all of your back issues that you have. After hearing their sales pitch for about a half an hour I was told I needed to go to the front to pay my co-payment and schedule an appointment to see the chiropractor. The whole reason for my visit was to see a chiropractor for my pain “which I didnt” and no treatment was done for my back. They told me that the $30 co-payment would include my x-rays but I would still have to come back on another day to actually have a doctor look at me. I was so annoyed with the scam they have going on with this facility that I didn’t bother to get any x-rays but I did pay my co-payment. I will be calling my insurance company today to make sure that they do not try to bill any x-ray fees to them because this place is a complete rip off and all they want is money. If you’re having any issues with your back do not go here and go to a real chiropractor that will give you treatment the day of your first visit.
