I worked with Inessa on my immigration status, it was a long journey and I had a very complicated case. I doubt that any other lawyer would win the case, but Inessa did. I trusted her completely, she was always responding on time and providing all the comments regarding the process. She is very professional and I never doubted the success of my case with her. I don’t see a point why some people would leave bad reviews. I had recommended her to everyone who needed a good lawyer and so far she already helped a few of my friends with their immigration cases. I give 2 stars because I work with them since 2010, for applying in green card 5 months passed every week I call 2-3 times, every time when I call Irina or other girl( assistant) they took my phone number and telling me Innesa will call you tomorrow, but they never called me back in 5 months, and still continuing.During this period I called for seeing Innesa I went office by time what they said, but never find her, I hope I’ll take my green card by year 2050

I had very long road to lawful status. My first experience was when one of paralegals screwed up my case and then I was denied asylum after asylum interview. After that I learned that there is a difference between paralegal and lawyer. I was then advised to go to a lawyer’s office on Brighton. I am not gonna name names. But this attorney guaranteed to win my case. By the way she does that with all clients as I heard from other people. I hired her and my case was denied in court. I guess I was the only unlucky one. 😉 I was very nervous about going back to lawyers. But my friend insisted that I go to Inessa Spevakova. What surprised me was her honesty about the chances of my case. She said I had very small chance of getting my asylum approved after appeal. She told me that there were many mistakes made during the court. I was happy that she agreed to help me. It took a long time and we got decision. The appeals court returned my asylum case back to the same judge. When I got a call from Inessa telling me that I thought she was telling that I need to get my stuff packed and run. :((( I even started sobbing. I could not understand what that means the case was returned. I thought I was done. But she explained to me that that was a very good news because I would have another asylum court. I then received a notice to come to come back to court. Inessa prepared my case. I had to testify again. And the same judge who denied my case granted my asylum!!!!!!!!! This is my personal experience with this lawyer. Highly recommend!!!!

I hired attorney Inessa Spevakova for my immigration case. I actually live in Chicago but on recommendation of my friend I traveled to Brooklyn. And I never regretted my decision. Immigration service accused me of marriage fraud in my previous marriage, which was a complete nonsense. I was unable to get a green card through my current husband. Attorney Spevakova filed an appeal and disputed 204(c) finding. The appeal was successful. Inessa proved that the government did not have evidence against me and my ex-husband. Then my green card denial decision was reopened and I am now a proud US Permanent Resident.
