Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueRun from them and run fast! Jon Bok, one of the co owners promissed the world and gave his personal guaranty. They made my situation far worse than just dealing with the IRS myself due to their inaction. They took over two month to even contact the IRS on my behalf which caused levies and liens due to inaction. Jon reassigned my case to a diffrent manager beause of the inaction, who pretty much did so little for so long, I got levied and liened again. I came to them with a problem and they guaranted to make it better and then they put me in the worse case senario. An agreament to surrender 100% of my profits for over a year. In talking directly to the revenue officer at the IRS it was made clear additional acctions were taken due to inaction. The final straw was Kristina with Integrity sending a short suspence request to me via email on the Friday before a holiday weekend which I never received. When I asked why she didnt call or text me she said, “I dont feel I need to babysit my customers.” Thats right, follow up and communication are considered baby sitting. Bottom line, I have more faith in a used car saleman than this broken organization. I have since been dealing dirrecly with the IRS and things are smoothing out.Run from them and run fast! I first used Integrity Financial Services several years ago and they were tremendously helpful in solving my issue. Then a year or so ago when I had a new issue I went back to them and once again they were outstanding, responsive and productive. They got my problem solved quickly and got me a great result. I reached out to Integrity Financial Associates and the stress was eased not totally eliminated, but eased. Working through Laura S*******, after awhile there could not have been a more pleasant experience. She was honest, forward and truthful.
