Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueWell, it’s been well over ten years since my father committed suicide while going through a divorce proceeding. He paid a retainer for services that he unfortunately never used. Rather than refunding the money this man took money from a grieving family that could’ve been used for expenses and what for. Greed? Red tape mumbo jumbo? All I know is I’ve contacted this man on and off during at least the first 6 or 7 years and it was like pulling teeth trying to get the money back. To me that’s the sign of a heartless person. For me it came down to principal after a certain point. Services that were paid for we’re never rendered yet this man benefits from a family’s loss. That will never sit right with me. He even at one point tried to justify not reimbursing us in full because he offered some services.. smh. That’s like me paying for a meal full price and receiving a couple ketchup packets and a handful of fries and told well we gave you some of the meal, nothing of real value. So here give me your info so I can promise you a third of that back but then I’ll actually never get back to you and hope you forget. To put it short this fool could care less about you and will gladly run off with whatever he can. Don’t trust him he runs a very unprofessional practice. I haven’t changed my number either Douglas mcFraud nor my email and I’ve been waiting for a response from you for too long now.
