We didn’t realize how complicated purchasing a new construction home could be, but Jacquelyn was there for us to explain why things were being delayed and keep us calm. She saved the day on our closing day by meeting us early in the morning in her office to finish all our paperwork in time to make sure we didn’t have to push the movers back a day.
