Very shady people, very unprofessional. And confusing. Sent one letter saying they received a judgment in court against me, 8 months later, sends a settlement offer. At first I offered to make payments and they refused. They wanted all at once. A monkey can do better than these people. I wouldn’t recommend them to run a Kool aid stand.

Critical: ProfessionalismThey enjoy taking you to court for old bills but not accepting payment plans for what you can afford. Absolutely the worst by wasting your time taking you to court and pulling your credit report just to see what you’ve purchased new. Pulling people away from their jobs adding court costs to their problems and expect a full payment? I wasn’t trying to give them one star, but what choice do I have? Unethical and lazy. Make sure you know your rights before you try to settle a debt with these people. All of them should have their licenses taken away.

Absolutely the worst people in the world to talk too. I called trying to get find some information about an account I had no idea about, but Renee and Jacob (The vice president of collections) were the rudest people I ever spoken with in my life. Both of these individuals kept cutting me off, talking over me and also saying that I was not worth their time if I wasn’t calling to pay the money that is owed. I promise you, I don’t think this conversation would have went that far if we were in person. Jacobs Law Group, please find some better customer service skills. quick, fast and in a hurry because what you all have now is slaw, and pathetic service.

Even though my family has lost extensive income due to the pandemic, I still saved money to make a payment and attempt some type of arrangement. I’m on a monthly payment plan with them. The lady I spoke with today was Brittany, and she was EXTREMELY rude. I usually get a young man and he is so nice and very patient. But this lady was beyond disrespectful! I asked her what my settlement was and she said “You called last month about the settlement and you didn’t pay it. I don’t understand why you call every month if you’re not going to pay it”. How dare she, like excuse me? So instead of acting outside my character, I politely asked her again what my settlement was and she proceeded to tell me.

This has to be the worst group ever!!!! What company would even give them business. These people are handling people identities imagine what they will do with it, they are so rude, unprofessional, argue with you as long as you let them. Where do they find the women that work there no communication skills at all! How are they still in business.
