David helped me with a tricky legal agreement. He is well informed, precise in his speech and acted quickly. As a self employed small contractor, creating and airtight legal document was not something I would have been able to do without David. Billing hours were surprisingly low, which was the icing on the cake!!!!!

I spoke to this man directly, after speaking to several other attorneys. He agreed to take my case. This is an unusual situation and the Veterans Stand for Standing Rock group agreed to pay for my attorney. They mailed a promissory note for the $3000 retainer that i was told was required. Meanwhile, Mr. Jacobs and his receptionist took a week’s vacation each and say they never received this “note”. The veterans group is sending me a copy of it via 2 day fed ex (should arrive tomorrow) and out of the blue the receptionist calls and says he’s decided NOT to take my case. NO EXPLANATION. SHE WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO SPEAK TO MR. JACOBS. Thanks a lot. You’re a real stand up kind of guy. Your word means absolutely nothing.
