Critical: Professionalism, ResponsivenessThe service they give immediately is right, and it seems like they care for you but after some time they barely respond back to you with updates, they don’t ever answer their calls, and for some reason the negotiator’s always out. Even at 1pm.All these reviews are based upon how fast they respond to your inquiry, and how they treat you. They ask you to give them 5 stars and mention their name.If you’re interested in their take. It’s 35% if the case is finished in a month. 45% after 3 months. When I called them they made me feel absolutely comfortable so I trusted them. My case worker Diane knew exactly where to send me for my injuries and I went to Cedar Pointe Chiropractor. There they treated me with respect and they helped me get to 100% better. Diane was very professional and she had all the answers for my questions. I would absolutely rehire Jacoby and Myers again because they know what they’re doing. After my car accident the first lawyer l thought of was Jacoby and Myers because they been around since I was a little boy. When I called them they made me feel absolutely comfortable so I trusted them. My case worker Diane knew exactly where to send me for my injuries and I went to Cedar Pointe Chiropractor. There they treated me with respect and they helped me get to 100% better. Diane was very professional and she had all the answers for my questions. Now that it’s in August my treatments are almost over I was getting worried and needed to find an attorney for my case. I called Jacoby and Myers and that’s all it took and they got things going for me. It was truly amazing how kind and caring they are. I’m no longer worried and I feel such relief. Now that it’s in August my treatments are almost over I was getting worried and needed to find an attorney for my case.
