I got in my accident on August 26, 2021 and it’s now June of 2022 and my case is still not settled. I was rear-ended. If you want a fast moving case this place is definitely not it. They’re based in Los Angeles it takes WEEKS for them to return phone calls. There was a period for over a month I didn’t hear anything back from them. Trust me you’re better off finding another accident law firm. It wasn’t until I called and said I was about to switch law firms that they started returning my phone calls but it’s been over 2 weeks since I’ve signed the final papers and I still haven’t gotten any updates. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I spoke to Iris, Michelle, and Edwin, and none of them can return a phone call. If you’re in Fresno find some place else.

If I could put zero stars I would. This place is by far the worst lawfirm I’ve dealt with. My kids got into a car accident August of last year, they move their cases to so many different people it’s hard to keep track of the names. It seemed like most of them could really care less about your case or the concerns you express. It takes weeks to months for them to return a phone call or text. Unless they take offense to what you say. A couple months ago they told me that my sons case would have to go through a minor protection case because he’s a minor which made the case take a little longer. A couple weeks ago I get a notification of what the settlement is after all their fees and charges. They are getting more than half of what the settlement is. When I questioned it, the person replied with “My job was to negociate your son’s medical bills. The total medical bills were $××× and I reduced them down to $×××. I think I did my job well on the fact that he didnt have to pay in full.” As if that justified why they’re taking more. If you’re looking for a lawfirm with compassion and who is really trying to fight for you, this is not the one to choose. I will NEVER recommend or hire these people again.

We were satisfied with the service provided. The only downfall was that it took over a year to receive our settlement. Overall, I am giving them a good review because they took on my case and they delivered. I will recommend jacoby & meyers to colleagues.
