Totally disorganized & lacks follow through. After an initial phone consultation, she asked me to get additional information, after which point she would meet with me to discuss further. I did everything she requested and sent it to her via email. I then set up a follow-up phone call with her to discuss the information she had requested. She was 35 minutes late with the phone call for starters. But, when we actually got to talk she didn’t say anything that we hadn’t already discussed before. We didn’t even discuss the information she requested that I spent time (and some money) acquiring at her request. It was clear that she hadn’t reviewed the information at all. In fact, she even had to say “hold on, let me read what you sent me real quick” while we were on the phone. She’s a total waste of your time.

I was referred to Jackie Dill thru a friends family member for my social security disability case. She was very patient with me thru the entire process of my case. She kept me very informed as she went thru the steps preparing our case before the judge. Once I noticed her knowledge I found out she specialized in disability cases and at that time she had never lost a case. If your looking for a attorney that will fight for you, communicate with you thru the process, and works hard for her clients. Then your looking at her. She worked my case in a total of 8mos by the time I had my first payment. Awesome work my Dill an I will always refer you before anyone.
