Imagine my horror in 2021 learning that, not only was the situation not handled, but I had charges on my record! It cost me 2500 dollars for a real attorney to handle the matter and have it dismissed. Mr. Shield, when confronted with his lies & dishonesty, then proceeded to attempt to malign my character. He sent me a letter claiming that I had never hired him to represent me, refused to pay my new attorney’s fees and seemed to think I should let the matter drop.
